The opportunity Supporting our Construction, Roadside & Drainage, and Roads teams, we’re seeking an Administration Officer to join our team, providing support where needed to our Coordinators across the unit. Your role will be key in coordinating and managing daily work tasks, such as acknowledgement of enquiries via email and phone with regard to activities across Construction, Roadside & Drainage, and our Roads maintenance teams. You will manage our corporate systems such as Authority and Reflect to record project costings, progress, record keeping, productivity and reporting to ensure that the integrity of the data is accurate and effectively maintained. No two days will be the same, working across the administrative function to provide support on project documents and reports, briefs, Environmental Management Plans for our Construction teams, project management plans, and legislated underground/overhead infrastructure plans. This is the perfect opportunity for a strong administrator with experience working on construction sites/projects – based at our Raymond Terrace Depot, you’ll be right amongst the day to day, sharing an open-plan office space with crews across Construction, Roads, Roadside & Drainage, Parks and Gardens, and Building Trades. This is a permanent opportunity – working full-time 35 hours / week + access to a versatile working arrangement Base Salary Range: $67,627
