- Mid-level Senior Pay Rate 48 AUD – 56 AUD (Hour) Description We are currently seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Fitters to join our client as soon as possible in a Manufacturing Plant. The work involves plant breakdown and preventative maintenance work. Rotating 12‑hour shifts days and nights. Why Join Us?

- Previous experience in manufacturing plants and preventative maintenance work or substantial experience in demanding industrial settings like manufacturing, materials handling.
- Certificate 3 Mechanical Trade or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- White Card (Construction Safety Card).
- Preferably certified for Working at Heights, EWP and /or scissor lift yellow card, Forklift licence, Confined Space and First Aid.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults in equipment to minimize downtime.
- Proficiency in interpreting mechanical schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience working autonomously, taking responsibility for the quality of deliverables and meeting deadlines without compromising safety or the setting.
