MANAGER CAPABILITY Attractive annual salary $131,213
- $144,591 per annum plus 12% superannuation. Position: Manager Capability. Location: Marsden Park. Full‑time, 35 hour working week. RFS Level 10/11. Ongoing employment. What you’ll be doing: Seeking a Manager Capability to lead the resource-to-risk planning and management of the Greater Sydney area. You will ensure that all resources are able to effectively respond to incidents and reduce bushfire risks to our community. You will work in collaboration with the Greater Sydney team and managers across the organisation to ensure successful operational outcomes across the area. You'll maintain operational capability and readiness across Greater Sydney Area Command's Districts, through continuous monitoring, review and improvement. The role has a pivotal position in leading the development and implementation of coordinated training, oversight of fire investigations, legal process and after‑action review activities, and supporting our organisation to effectively respond to fire and other emergencies.
