We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused induvial with a diverse skill set to join our concierge and Gaming team. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the Club, providing premium service experience in a rapid-paced and dynamic environment.

As the face of our venue, you will warmly welcome members and quests, assist with enquiries, support gaming lounge operations and help create a professional, friendly and memorable atmosphere at all times. We are looking for adaptable team members who thrive in hospitality and enjoy building genuine connections with people.

To be Considered for this role you will need: Exceptional customer service An ability to build strong, genuine relationships with our customers Engaging and bubbly personality with a passion for people Drive to contribute to a progressive team environment

An eye for detail with strong computer skills Flexibility and availability across the operating hours of the Club including late nights, weekends, and public holidays. The ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations or customer concerns Current RSA and RCG certificates (or willingness to obtain)
