About Kirinari Community Services Kirinari Community Services is a well-recognised, rapidly expanding disability support service providing essential care and high-quality support across Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania. About the Position We are looking for Disability Support Workers (DSWs) to support people in their day-to-day living in 24/7 supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes). Key Responsibilities Provide direct support across a range of customer needs, including domestic and personal care assistance. Assist customers to access and maintain a positive connection to the community. Work broad availability in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and overnight shifts. Participate in buddy shifts and induction training. Contribute to a secure and nurturing environment for customers. Qualifications & Requirements Ability and willingness to work shift work, sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays. Resilience, confidence, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships. Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement. Proficiency with computers and a variety of software/programs. Smartphone and current driver's licence.
