- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure targets and KPIs are met and exceeded.
- In the absence of the Store Manager, lead the team independently to set and achieve goals.
- Oversee the daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock management. About you – Qualifications
- Can work autonomously and as part of a team – you’ll be your team’s number 1 hype person and your Store Manager’s right hand.
