The Role

As a Permanent Housekeeper, you are key to making our guests happy. You won't just be doing a quick clean; you will be making sure every room looks perfect. Your daily tasks will include:

Performing high-quality cleaning of hotel rooms and public areas. Making sure every room meets our strict presentation standards, down to the smallest detail. Restocking towels, bathroom items, and room supplies. Letting management know right away if anything in the room needs fixing. Working closely with our friendly, reliable team.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who is reliable and has a fantastic eye for detail. You must have:

Unrestricted Work Rights: You must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a visa with absolutely no work restrictions. (Please note: Because we are looking for long-term staff, we cannot accept Working Holiday Visas). Outstanding Attention to Detail: You notice the little things that others miss and take genuine pride in a beautifully clean room. Looking to Stay: You want a permanent job where you can settle in, rather than just temporary work. Reliability: You show up on time, work hard, and treat the property with care. Previous housekeeping experience is highly valued, but a positive attitude and a sharp eye are the most key things!
