**Pay Rate**: Up to $45 per hour (based on experience)

**About the Role**: We are looking for a reliable and skilled Prep Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys early starts and finishing early in the day, while working in a focused and qualified environment.

**Working Hours**:

- Tuesday to Friday
- Early start, early finish schedule
- Maximum 30 hours per week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients and components for service
- Assist with daily kitchen prep following set recipes and methods
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Italian cuisine
- Strong ability to follow specific instructions and recipes precisely
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work early shifts
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
