Full Time Sous Chef -Penny's (Potts Point)

Penny's in Potts Point is looking for an additional Sous Chef who will be working within an energetic, friendly setting, with dedicated Head Chefs and team who are fun and treat each other like a big family. This is a unique opportunity for professional Sous Chefs looking to join the kitchen team and to enjoy the fast-paced environment our venues have to offer. We are looking for outstanding Sous Chefs who have experience working in a busy commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines and styles, delivering good quality and up-to-date innovative food. You;
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a professional environment
- Minimum 12 months of experience in the Sous Chef role
- The skill to create menus that adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the venue's identity
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols
- Able to work 5 days across a 7 day operation
- Hold a minimum Cert IV in Commercial Cookery qualification or trade experience equivalent
- Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
- Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
