The Margaret Family is seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join the teams at **Bar Torino** and **Gran Torino**.

Gran Torino delivers contemporary Italian dining celebrating premium Australian produce, while Bar Torino offers a vibrant bar experience with exceptional wines and cocktails.

Work alongside **Neil Perry** and a professional, welcoming team in one of Sydney’s leading hospitality groups.

**We’re looking for**: **Sommeliers**
- Solid Australian & international wine knowledge
- Experience in premium or hatted venues preferred
- WSET qualifications highly regarded

**Section Waiters**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality restaurants
- Confident managing your own section
- Solid food & wine knowledge

**Bar Staff (All Levels)**
- Cocktail & beverage experience
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced service
- Polished, guest-focused approach

**You’ll need**:

- RSA certification
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability evenings, weekends & public holidays
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
