**Position: Workplace Concierge Lead**

**Location**: Sydney, Circular Quay

**Schedule: Monday to Friday (No Weekends, Public Holidays, or Nights)**

As a Workplace Concierge Lead, you will be at the forefront of fostering a thriving work environment for the employees. Your role involves coordinating events, managing daily operations, and overseeing reception and hospitality services to ensure a seamless, welcoming, and productive workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Welcome visitors and employees with a warm and professional demeanour.**:

- **Manage mail and supplies efficiently to support daily operations.**:

- **Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.**:

- **Maintain equipment and meeting rooms for optimal functionality.**:

- **Guide new employee onboarding to facilitate a seamless integration process.**:

- **Oversee a dedicated barista service to enhance the overall workplace experience.**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a similar concierge or hospitality role.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in event coordination is a plus.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

**Benefits**: Salary $70,000
- $75,000.
