**Deep knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits,** with a strong love for whisky.

A knack for **creativity and theatrics**—whether it’s seasonal menu changes, inventive specials, or immersive guest experiences.

A **genuine passion for hospitality** and a flair for ensuring every guest has an unforgettable time.

**About the Role**: You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bar, including: **Ordering, stock control, cleanliness, and organisation** behind the scenes.

Bringing your **creative touch** to our seasonal menu changes, specials, and staff incentives.

Hosting **cocktail and whisky classes** for private events (if that’s your thing).

Helping to **train and mentor the team** to keep standards high and the drinks flowing.

Our trading hours mean **no hectic late nights**—Tuesday to Thursday (5-12), Friday (4-12), Saturday (2-12), and Sunday (2-10).
