Receptionist Potts Point

Practice manager/personal assistant needed for busy specialist practice. Must be able to touch type, competent in word, excel and have some experience in using medical or other booking or billing/accounting software.

Must be versatile to the wide-ranging demands of the job, show an ability for self-directed learning, multitasking and problem solving and have excellent telephone manner. Whilst the main part of the job is answering the phone, coordinating patients and invoicing, there are plenty of tasks to be done during quieter periods.

Initial casual trial period with view to permanent part time position.
