Full-time Housekeeper/house Manager (Point Piper)

Are you a master at creating calm from chaos? I’m hiring on behalf of a client a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join a busy household in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, as a Full-Time Housekeeper/House Manager.

This is a rare opportunity where you’ll be the linchpin that keeps the household running smoothly, from light housekeeping and laundry to managing household errands and (meal prep and other ad hoc). You’ll anticipate needs, handle the unexpected with grace, and free up time for the family to focus on what matters most.

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Washing, folding and ironing laundry
- Making beds and changing linen
- Tidying and maintaining the organised nature of the house to the highest standard.
- Grocery shopping, errands and household supplies
- Scheduling repairs, maintenance and coordinating trades
- Thoughtful, high-detail support to ensure the client’s daily lives flow effortlessly
- Creating a warm, welcoming environment where the family can relax and recharge
- Please note: this is not a cleaning job
- the home also has a cleaner._

**About You**:

- Ideally, but not essential, you will have experience in 5-star hotels or private luxury residences.
- You’re reliable, love using your initiative, and take pride in a job well done
- You love bringing order and calm to busy lives
- You have a positive, can-do attitude
- You pride yourself on your robust organisational skills
- You’re confident working independently and have a keen eye for detail
- You value open communication and always respect privacy and discretion
- You are honest, value integrity and work with high ethics
- You have a full, clean driver’s licence
- You must be an Australian permanent resident/citizen, as my client is seeking longevity for the years to come
- You must speak English
- You will need to pass a Police Check and a Working with Children check (if you do not already possess a recent one)
