Chef de Partie (Double Bay)

We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join us at bills at our Double Bay location. bills is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef and help lead the talented kitchen team. This role has a unique offering of working a very flexible roster of both day and night shifts, a rarity in hospitality! What we are looking for: -Strong pan section experience. -Passion for Australian food and produce. -Ability to work on all kitchen sections. -Full working rights in Australia. -You must have at least two years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role with formal qualifications preferred. -You must also have a constructive and positive approach to managing your section.
