Help at Home by Montefiore is a large Home Care and NDIS provider that supports its clients across the Greater Sydney area. We provide the most committed team of Carers to our clients on a daily basis ensuring respect, choice and dignity is given to each individual client. Our up-to-date office is based in the metropolitan suburb of Double Bay.

Due to growth in our organisation we are currently looking for an energetic Administration & Recruitment Assistant who will not only be the face of our business on reception but will also enjoy a varied day of administration and recruitment of carer staff for the business.

To be successful in this role you must enjoy your day to be varied and be a true team player who will support and complete the following tasks:

- Managing the office including, purchase of office supplies.
- Supporting the General Manager on a day-to-day basis.
- Be the face of the organisation
- based on Reception you will be our first and very important point of contact for all visitors.
- Supporting the Care Coordinators with administrative duties
