What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be the driving force of the venue, visible, engaged, and leading from the front every shift. Deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the Double Bay standard Coach, develop, and motivate your team in real time Build a robust, accountable, and positive team culture Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation Manage labour, COGS, and P&L; to deliver strong commercial performance Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members Build strong connections with the Double Bay community through local engagement and activations Who we’re looking for:

A confident, experienced leader who loves being in the action and understands what great hospitality feels like.
