As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and qualified Horticulturist/Gardener to join our professional team. The Role You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing high-end residential gardens in Toorak and surrounding suburbs to the highest industry standards. This role requires an eye for detail, deep plant knowledge, and the ability to work independently or lead a small team on-site. Key Responsibilities
- Executing specialist pruning, hedging, and topiary work.
- Managing soil health, fertilisation, and pest/disease control programs.
- Maintaining complex irrigation systems and softscaping installations.
- Providing expert plant care and specialized turf management.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to clients through clear communication. Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional gardening or horticulturist experience (required).
- Relevant qualification in Horticulture or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills with clients, management, and team members.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine passion for high-end garden care.
- Valid Australian driver’s licence (manual preferred). What We Offer
