About the role

Osteria Renata' is seeking a talented and dedicated Chef de partie to join our agile team in our well-established restaurant in Prahran, Victoria. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will play a vital role in delivering consistently exceptional dining experiences to our valued customers. This is a full-time position based on-site at our Prahran location.

What you'll be doing Preparing high-quality dishes to Osteria Renata's exacting standards Executing menu items with precision and attention to detail Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service Participating in menu development and testing of new dishes

What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de partie or equivalent role in a busy restaurant environment Solid technical cooking skills and a passion for Italian cuisine Excellent time management and multitasking abilities A keen eye for presentation and an ability to work under pressure A team player with robust communication and interpersonal skills A qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
