As Senior Resale Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of consignment and the store experience. Through your expertise in selection, pricing and stepping up to supervise when required, you support a trusted resale service for every seller and shopper.

You’ll be responsible for: Delivering warm, proactive service that reflects the Goodbyes experience. Supporting consignment operations, from selection and pricing to member enquiries. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe store environment. Stepping up as supervisor when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You’ll be outstanding in this role if you: Have retail experience and are confident delivering outstanding customer service. Are organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a quick-paced team. Are ready to take the next step in your retail career and learn from experienced leaders. Love fashion and have an appreciation for quality and individuality.
