Our clinic moves fast, our standards are high, and we love what we do. About the Role We have both part-time and full-time positions available for the right candidates. You’ll be based at our Alphington clinic, with only the occasional need to cover at our Ringwood location if a sick shift requires it. For the right candidate, this is essentially a Alphington-based role. This is a fantastic prospect to step into an established, loyal long-term client base from day one. These clients are coming from one of our valued team members heading on leave — they’re familiar, they’re committed, and they’re ready to continue their treatment journey with the right therapist. Your job is to look after them like your own, while continuing to grow and retain your own column. You’ll be working across a full treatment menu in a supportive but high-energy environment where initiative, professionalism, and a genuine love for the industry are a must. This role includes late night shifts and Saturdays — these are a non-negotiable part of the position. What You’ll Be Doing

- Brow lamination & waxing
- Massage — Relaxation & Lymphatic

- Delivering a consistently exceptional client experience from start to finish What We’re Looking For We know not every experienced therapist has worked across every treatment — and that’s okay. Here’s what we need you to bring to the table, and what we’re happy to teach: Must Have Experience In:
- Skin treatments & facials
- Client consultations & product prescribing
- Relaxation massage
- Full body waxing (including Brazilians)
- Brow waxing & shaping We’ll Train the Right Person In:
- Lymphatic massage
- Head spas
- IPL hair removal
- Laser hair removal & skin treatments
- Lash lifts & tints
- Brow lamination
- Body contouring If you’re confident in the essentials and hungry to expand your skills with the latest technology and treatments, we want to hear from you. We’re Also Looking for Someone Who Is:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on industry experience — confident in the essentials and ready to hit the ground running
- Reliable, professional, and genuinely passionate about the industry
- A team player with great energy and a willingness to keep learning
- Willing to occasionally cover at our Alphington location for sick shift cover when needed
- Available for late night shifts and Saturdays — this is a must, not a maybe! What’s In It For You
