**Ivanhoe, VIC | Hybrid | School-hours, school-term role | $90k base ($150k FTE) + bonus up to $40k**

**About ENNI**
ENNI is a multi-store fashion retailer in growth mode. Eight-plus boutiques and counting, a loyal customer base that drives the vast majority of revenue through repeat purchases, and an ecommerce business ready to be unlocked.
We're bringing all our digital marketing in-house, building a small high-output marketing team, and shifting from product-push advertising to a modern, story-led brand. This role is being created to lead through all of it.
**What you'll own**
You're the commercial and strategic engine of ENNI's growth — the person who owns the plan, the numbers, the money, and the decisions about where to invest.
- **Ecommerce growth** — hands-on in Meta and Google ad accounts, in Shopify, and in GA4. Your goal: grow online revenue from ~$1.8M toward $2.5M in Year 1, with a credible plan to double it in three.
- **Retention and loyalty** — own the Klaviyo ecosystem and the loyalty program that already drives the heartbeat of our business. Make it deeper, smarter, and more profitable.
- **Brand storytelling and content leadership** — recruit, lead, and develop a Content Creator. You set the standards and brief the work; they produce the assets that move people.
- **Physical store marketing** — own the 12-month calendar across all locations, plan the activations, and brief the store managers who execute them. Onboard the customers from each newly acquired store into the ENNI ecosystem.
- **The team and the budget** — manage ~$500k/year in marketing spend, build and develop a team of two to three, and bring AI capability into the function.
**What we're looking for**
- 7+ years in commercial digital marketing, with at least 2 years owning the function — either as a team lead or as the senior marketer in a small business
- Hands-on experience managing Meta and Google ad accounts directly (not just briefing agencies)
- Deep working knowledge of Klaviyo or equivalent — architecting flows and segmentation, not just sending campaigns
- Demonstrated ownership of ecommerce revenue and P&L; exposure
- Shopify and GA4 fluency
- Experience recruiting and managing creative talent
- Commercially literate — CAC, CLV, contribution margin, and ROAS are second nature
- A explicit writer, a curious thinker, and comfortable with the ambiguity of a growing business
- Fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail experience is a plus, not a requirement
**What we're offering**
- **Base salary of $90,000** for a 25-hour week (equivalent to $150,000 FTE)
- **Performance bonus up to $40,000**, non-pro-rated
- **40 weeks per year**, aligned with Victorian school terms — every school holiday is annual leave
- **Hybrid** — 3 days at our Ivanhoe office, 2 days remote
- **Direct line to the Owner**, full ownership of the marketing function, and the autonomy to build it your way
- **Start date**: ASAP, ideally by 1 July 2026
