We are on the hunt for a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This role offers the chance to work on our Ultra Beauty brand to bring your creative flair, strategic mind, and love for the digital world to an exciting brand!

**About the Role**: As a Social Media Coordinator, your primary focus will revolve around developing, executing, and managing content strategies that align with Ultra Beauty’s brand vision, crafting captivating video and photo content that effectively tells our story, and driving brand awareness through strategic scheduling and posting of social media content. Reporting directly to the Social Media Manager, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with diverse teams, building strong relationships, and contributing to Ultra Beauty's ongoing success.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging social media content.
- Source and manage in-store and user-generated content.
- Collaborate on planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and emerging platforms.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

**About You**: To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

- Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Creativity and ability to develop engaging content
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)
- Understanding of analytics and performance metrics
- At least one year of experience in a social media role, preferably in an agency or retail setting
- A keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
