Our helpdesk is a skilled team who are looking for like-minded bright and RELIABLE people to assist with customer service of key corporate clients and coordinating field technicians. In this role you will manage customer service calls and organise bookings with NO OUTBOUND SALES CALLS REQUIRED.

Previous background in the following will be well regarded:

**Retail or Hospitality

**Microsoft Office

**Computer literate
