This hands-on leadership role offers genuine work-life balance, overseeing daily kitchen operations, guiding a small team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, nutritious meals in a structured, high-volume environment. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
- Oversee preparation and presentation of meals at scale
- Manage special dietary requirements and meal modifications
- Supervise daily kitchen operations: food preparation, service, dishwashing, and cleaning
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
- Ensure efficient and professional service delivery in a structured environment Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in high-volume catering environments in a similar Chef or Chef Manager role
- Strong leadership experience managing kitchen teams in healthcare, aged care, or similar structured environments
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (preferred or willing to obtain upon commencement)
