Store Manager/practice Manager Darebin Optical Thornbury

We are looking for our next Store/Practice Manager to join our community focused independent Optometry practice in providing exceptional patient care.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will be self-motivated and passionate about customer service as well as demonstrate the following attributes:

Patient focussed approach to service with an ability to recognise individual needs

Optical experience preferred, ideally in a similar role, or those looking to advance their career

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal to enable positive relationships with health professionals and staff alike.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Demonstrated commitment to ongoing qualified development.

Exceptional Organisational & Planning skills

Provide frame styling and lens advice to our patients

Manage the day to day operations of the Practice
