Full Time Day Shift Filler/labeller Machine Operator (Preston)

We are currently seeking Day Shift Full Time Machine Operators in our Filler / Labeller Department with bottling experience to join our busy Production/Manufacturing Team.

**The role will involve**:

- reporting to the production manager and supervisors
- working on the filling line and labeller
- cleaning, changeovers, stoppages and 5S duties
- ensuring all filling machinery and labeller is running smoothly and that the line start up and end of run tasks are complete
- performing adjustments and changes to production equipment as required
- maintaining batch documentation
- following regulations and SOP's to GMP standards
- maintaining safety

**To be successful in this role you**_**must**_**have**:

- previous experience as a Machine Operator in the Food and/or Beverage Industry
- robust mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot on machines
- well developed organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- great communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team
- current fork lift licence is desired, but not essential
- experience in a GMP, FMCG environment
- HACCP knowledge

Pay: $25.00
- $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Preston, VIC 3072: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Machine operating: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
