In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product range, taking real pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll spend quality time on the shop floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive results. You’ll also lead, coach, and develop an Assistant Store Manager and a team of Retail Assistants. Key Responsibilities

- 3+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams
