**About the Position**:
- Take the helm in formulating and executing marketing strategies to ensure maximum reach and engagement with our target audience.
- Craft compelling marketing materials and build on our brand with exciting event schedules.
- Develop, implement, and maintain marketing strategies focused on growth while providing detailed return on investment measures.
- Flexibility with office hours is up for discussion

- Expertise in the NDIS or Community industry will be beneficial but not essential.
**Qualifications**
- Currently studying or completed a degree in Business and Marketing.
**Requirements**:
- Graduated with Business Degree in Marketing as Major
- Social Media competency
- Experience in online Marketing is an advantage
- Have experience using HubSpot CRM for marketing
- Proficiency in photoshop, creative software, adobe suite and web editing would be advantageous
- Digital competency in social media and visual communication is essential
- Influencing skills, robust communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders would be desirable
- High attention to details and thoroughness
