About the Role
This is a fantastic prospect for an experienced Retail Sales Assistant to support our motivated team and drive sales in our Preston store outlet.
Responsibilities include:_
Cash handling
General store operations
Drive sales by building a rapport with customers
Actively listening to customers wants and needs to identify opportunities and solutions
Stock management and merchandising
Skills & Experience
Australian working rights
Prior retail sales experience within the bedding, furniture or similar industry is preferred
Experience exceeding sales goals and KPI targets
Customer-centric with a genuine friendly 'can do' attitude
Available to work retail trading hours which include occasional weekend shifts
