Who are you?

You are an experienced leader within the Early Childhood Education and Care sector with a solid understanding of compliance, team leadership and demonstrating exceeding levels of practice.

Key skills and requirements:

ACECQA Approved Diploma in Children’s Services or bachelor’s degree (Early Education) or, working towards

Current Working with Children Check

A demonstrated commitment to providing a secure, caring, non-judgemental and supportive workplace for all children and their families

A demonstrated ability to adhere to and understand the ECA code of Ethics and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child

Demonstrated understanding of appropriate behaviours while engaging with children
