About the Role

Approximately 15 hours per week in Fairfield and surrounds (suburbs may include Bonnyrigg, Bass Hill and Cecil Hills). Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Monday‑Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Build solid relationships with store personnel

Create and maintain quality planograms in store

Ensure pricing and ticketing compliance

Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet

Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally

Successful candidate will have

Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment

Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus

Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
