Team Leader - Beauty (Preston)

Based out of the Head Office in Preston, we are currently seeking a Team Leader
- Beauty to join our vibrant and growing Buying team.

**About the role**: The primary focus and responsibilities of this role are to oversee the day to day operations of the Beauty Buying team and deliver best practices across the category as well as work in close co-operation with other buying functions.

Roles responsibilities include:

- Liaising with the buying offices on lifecycle related priorities/issues
- Participate in long-term planning & resource allocation discussions
- Evaluate supplier options according to prices, quality etc and determine the best choices
- Identify suitable suppliers and develop close relationships with them
- Oversee the procurement workflow and associated tasks and activities
- Manage overdue receivables/coop/Marketing in relation to Beauty Categories
- Product file management

**Skills and Experience**: Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce business and preferably an Undergraduate Degree

Highly organised and action orientated, with an ability to prioritise, multitask and manage teams to execute within deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of attention to detail
