**About the Role**: We’re seeking an experienced and driven Beauty Clinic Manager to lead and expand our newest location in Alphington. In this role, you’ll not only manage daily operations and a talented team of therapists but will also take a hands-on role in growing the clinic’s client base and expanding our new location to its full potential. We’re offering a unique opportunity for you to treat the clinic as your own, bringing in your protocols, fostering client relationships, and building sales. This role requires someone with a strong sense of independence, initiative, and commitment to business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Retention**: Actively bring in new clients, maintain solid relationships with existing clients, and develop strategies to boost the clinic’s client base and reputation.
- **Sales & Business Growth**: Drive sales through exceptional service and a focus on product knowledge. Enjoy commission rewards for sales performance that exceed targets.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing staff, setting and maintaining team and personal KPIs, managing team rosters, and ensuring seamless clinic management.
- **Leadership & Training**: Conduct monthly staff meetings, provide ongoing training, and cultivate a positive and motivated team environment.
- **Product Management**: Handle product stock ordering and manage the clinic’s booking platform.
- **Hands-On Support**: Step in to provide beauty treatments when necessary to ensure consistent service quality.

**About You**:

- Friendly, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial with a passion for growth.
- Strong administrative, leadership, and business development skills.
- Previous experience in the Beauty Industry with a Beauty Therapist Diploma.

Pay: $70,000.00
- $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
