Customer Service Officers – Full time permanent

What would your day look like?

Responding to customer order requests with professionalism and efficiency

Processing transactions and enquiries

Handling refund eligibility

Tracking and updating customers on order status

Escalating any complaints

Monitoring customer feedback

What do we need?

A robust communicator with excellent problem solving skills

A multitasker
