The salon is known for delivering consistent service quality to clients across Melbourne’s northern suburbs and operates with a dedicated in-house team. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide professional hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, bleaching, perming, and styling
- Perform hair treatments such as conditioning, keratin smoothing, and scalp care
- Consult with clients to assess hair condition and recommend suitable styles and treatments
- Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations in accordance with salon standards and health regulations
- Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery
- Assist in maintaining stock levels of hair products and tools
- Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques, and products
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth salon operations Skills and Experience Required
- Relevant qualification in hairdressing (or at least 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification)
- Robust skills in hair cutting, colouring, and chemical treatments
- Good understanding of different hair types and styling techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality
