Within the practice your job will include, but not limited to:

Booking appointments in Best Practice

Arriving patients and billing

Handling EFTPOS machine

Scanning and uploading documents

Maintaining a waiting room that’s clean and tidy

As the successful applicant you will be required to have:

Patient confidentiality and clear attention to data entering

Valuable clear communication with the doctors and the team members

Ability to prioritise the tasks in hand and problem-solving skills

Able to multi-task in a rapid-paced working environment

Desire to grow professionally and personally
