About the Role
This is a dual-role position, perfect for someone who is confident both chairside and at the front desk. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, productive, and positive experience for our patients from start to finish.
Your key responsibilities will
Chair side Assistance
Assisting dentists during a wide range of dental procedures
Sterilisation and infection control protocols
Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
Supporting patients pre
and post-treatment
Reception & Administration
Greeting and managing patient arrivals
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Answering phone calls and handling enquiries
Processing payments and managing health fund claims (HICAPS)
Maintaining accurate patient records
About You
Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organised with great attention to detail
Professional, reliable, and a team player
Familiarity with Dental4Windows
