About The Role CSR are looking for a Customer Service Officer who's passionate about helping people and creating positive experiences to join our team based in Wetherill Park . Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be a key representative of our business and play an significant part in ensuring every customer feels supported and valued. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a diverse range of people, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering great service. What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver friendly, responsive customer service via phone and email
- Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner
- Use your product knowledge to provide helpful sales support
- Keep customers informed with clear and proactive updates
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements for order configuration and transport
- Contribute to team tasks and additional duties as needed What You Will Bring
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills What We Offer
