- Permanent Part Time

The Chance:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team on a part time basis (3 days per week).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a quick-paced environment, and has excellent communication and organisational skills. You will play a key role in supporting both our retail customers and internal sales team.
Key Responsibilities: Managing a high volume of inbound customer calls Booking and confirming sales appointments through the CRM system Providing product, service and procedural information via phone and email Conducting daily follow-up calls after Sales Representative appointments Confirming sales orders and processing customer deposits Assisting showroom visitors and guiding them through our product range Maintaining the presentation and general upkeep of the showroom Responding to online enquiries and web-generated leads Providing reception relief and front desk support when required Assisting other departments and team members as needed
About You: To succeed in this role, you will be:
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused Well-presented with a friendly and confident phone manner Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills Organised with excellent attention to detail Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
Previous sales and customer service experience is essential.
