Customer Service / Storeperson (Dudley Park)

Agserv has sales and distribution branches in every mainland capital city around Australia. Due to the continued growth of our business, an exciting opportunity exists for an energetic, customer focused Trade Counter / Storeperson at our Dudley Park branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, responsibilities will include:
• Serving customers on the phone and at the sales counter
• Dealing with inbound sales orders
• Following up customer queries in a timely manner
• Following up order and delivery issues in a timely manner
• Chemical & equipment sales and troubleshooting
• Picking and packing orders
• Coordinating couriers and inward freight
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse Key attributes required to be successful in this position are:
• Friendly nature & willing to work at all aspects of our company
• Customer focus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong computer skills
• A current Driver’s licence
• Physically fit
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Be trustworthy and be able to work unsupervised at times Advantageous but not essential:
• Customer service experience
• Warehouse background with knowledge of dispatch systems
• Experience with agricultural / pest control chemicals or equipment
• Experience with MYOB EXO or similar system This position is 5 days per week, Monday to Friday commencing immediately.
