Junior - Customer Service Representative (Prospect)

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Taking orders while paying attention to details.
- Promptly responding to customer queries on the phone or in person.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborating with team members to provide seamless service.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven customer support experience.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays.
- Patience in handling difficult customers and building rapport quickly.
