- Zeekr. About the Role This is a part time opportunity, either 3 full days or 5 part days. Monday to Friday, no weekends, ideally either 3 full time days or 5 part time days, although there is some flexibility with regard to days and hours worked. This is not a standard dealership role. We are looking for a high-energy, commercially driven operator to become an integral part of our sales teams across Volkswagen and Audi, reporting directly to the General Manager. This position has been created to take ownership of one of the largest untapped opportunities within our business . Representing two of the strongest automotive brands in the market, this role is focused on outbound customer engagement, retention, contract reviews, and generating genuine sales opportunities across the dealerships. You will work directly across thousands of existing customers, re-engaging owners, reviewing finance maturities, identifying upgrade opportunities, and bringing customers back into the dealership before they are lost to competing brands. If you are the type of person who thrives on conversation, builds rapport quickly, works autonomously, and genuinely knows how to drive outcomes over the phone. This role has enormous upside. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible role within a major dealership operation where performance will be recognised quickly and where you will play a direct role in influencing dealership growth and retention performance. What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting outbound customer calls across Volkswagen and Audi databases
- Managing customer “Contract Review” conversations
- Re-engaging previous purchasers and existing owners
- Identifying upgrade and retention opportunities
- Booking qualified appointments for Sales and Finance teams
- Working directly alongside dealership leadership and sales teams
- Managing and maintaining CRM activity and follow-up pipelines
- Protecting customers from competitor attrition What We’re Looking For This role is NOT suited to someone who waits for the phone to ring. We are specifically looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Proven outbound calling performance
- High energy and strong personal drive
- Confidence building rapport quickly over the phone
- The ability to work autonomously without constant supervision
- Strong communication and objection handling skills
- Consistency, resilience, and professionalism
- A genuine ability to influence customer decisions and create urgency Automotive experience is highly regarded, however strong outbound sales or appointment-setting experience from other industries will also be considered. Most importantly, we want someone who knows how to create momentum and generate opportunities through proactive customer contact. Why This Role Is Different
