Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Sydney
**Salary**: AUD $70,000
- $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards in food and beverage delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain service quality and efficiency.
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients and supplies.
Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, labor costs, and budget management.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update the menus, incorporating seasonal and innovative offerings.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and guests.
Address customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring any concerns are resolved promptly and effectively.
Plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to attract new customers and enhance guest loyalty.
Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry
Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a busy environment with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Experience in managing budgets and rosters
A creative and proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement
Pay: $73,150.00
- $80,000.00 per year
