Digital Program Manager (Pyrmont)

**The Opportunity**: As Veolia’s Digital Program Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of digital projects that meet our business and digital strategies. You will be a key part of the Project Management Office, which is responsible for managing project portfolios and strategies across our Environment Services, Water and Energy lines of business and core functions of Digital, Finance and People and Safety.

With a stakeholder centric approach, you will be responsible for delivering the right projects, at the right time with the right level of quality, security and adoption. Your solutions will be fast to market, with the highest level of adoption to enable the realisation of the benefits. And you will lead and influence agile adoption and ensure projects are delivered in accordance to our Project Management Framework.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Project Portfolio ownership (full/part/shared)
- Build and deliver Roadmaps and Strategies
- Nurture relationships, building on the digital and business engagement
- Ownership of Project Timeline, Budget and Scope
- Management of risk, issues, variations, lessons learned registers
- Regular project status reporting
- Steering committee facilitation and presentation to Executive Sponsors

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- At least 5 years Project Management experience
- Project Management Certification: e.g. Agile Scrum Master Certified or Prince/PMBOK/PMP Certified
- Excellent demonstrated emotional intelligence, communication style and stakeholder management and liaison skills
