Crust Pizza Pyrmont is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy store. This is a full-time position based in Pyrmont, NSW.

**Salary**: $75,000
- $85,000 per annum (excluding superannuation), commensurate with experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing day-to-day store operations to ensure effective service delivery
- Supervising, training, and rostering staff
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally
- Driving sales performance and implementing promotional activities
- Managing budgets, costs, and financial reporting
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Relevant qualification in business, retail, or hospitality (preferred but not essential)
