**The Opportunity**: Our client located in **Pyrmont **is seeking a committed individual to join his roster and support with **up to 37.5 hours per week.**

**You will be responsible but not limited to**:

- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication.
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation.
- Providing Manual handling support and bowel care
