We are an organisation with a heart, which is why we are looking for an empathetic and enthusiastic **Talent & Culture Executive** to join our friendly and diverse team.

Your duties include but not limited to:

- A passion for people and creating an inspiring team environment.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, learning and development, departure etc.
- Conduct regular training needs analysis, coordinate training sessions, and ensure compliance
- Continuously liaise with the business leaders and team members’ feedback to gain insights into the business needs and challenges.
- Organise a wide-range of team engagement activities and make the hotel a great place to work.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industrial relations situation including legislative changes.
- Organise and lead WHS committee and the meetings
- Assist Director of T&C; to ensure responsible use of resources

**Qualifications** Your skills & experience include:

- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, develop and inspire teams.
- Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills.
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change.
- Exhibit business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions and understand commercial implications.
- You are detail-oriented and excel at capturing and recording vital data including all T&C; related month-end and year-end reporting.
- A degree in Human Resources/Hospitality and previous experience in a similar role, or within a hotel environment would be a bonus.
