The Client Lead is the key client contact, responsible for overseeing staff, strategy, and day-to-day operations of all social channels, plus longer-term planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Attend Network Ten morning management meetings , directing the team and ensuring alignment across all activities.
- Collaborate with external production companies for filming period content and related initiatives.
- Work with agency and platform partners to execute campaigns seamlessly.
- Manage the client relationship , ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Handle platform access and technical issues , liaising directly with social media platforms when needed.
- Oversee capacity planning for team members and manage account financials, including reporting hours and budgets.
- Day-to-day management of team members, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
- Work with Network Ten stakeholders to integrate changes in programming and strategy into resourcing plans.
- Drive strategy and innovation for Network Ten's social presence, ensuring high-quality content in collaboration with both agency and Ten staff.
- Review and ensure quality control for all content and materials before publication. Entertainment and Client Lead experience at this level is a MUST .
