**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the Domino’s Queanbeyan store to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve excellence in customer service and operational standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS regulations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets
- Handle rostering, budgeting, and staff performance evaluations
